Install Hang Track

Installation du Rail Horizontal Instalación del Riel Horizontal

NOTE: This organizer requires a minimum wall area width of 48".

CAUTION: To avoid personal injury, use care and a safe, sturdy stepping stool to position hang track.

REMARQUE : Cet organisateur nécessite un espace mural minimum de 1,22 m.

IMPORTANT: Install hang track into studs or concrete ONLY. Studs MUST be 16" apart (on center) for proper installation. Do not install for any other stud configuration. Determine wall type and install hang track following the

i n s t ructions as specified below:

a. Studs:

1 . D e t e rmine "top" and "bottom" of hang track as shown. Use a level to be sure hang track is straight.

2 . Align holes 1, 3, and 5 (counting from either end) in hang

track with studs. ( If holes 1,3, and 5 are secured into studs, no installation in holes 2 and 4 are necessary. )

3 . Attach hang track directly to studs in wall using #12 x 2" panhead screws (supplied).

b. Concre t e :

1 . D e t e rmine "top" and "bottom" of hang track as shown. Use a level to be sure hang track is straight.

2 . Mark ALL hole locations in hang track on wall. Drill 1/4" holes at marked locations.

3 . I n s e rt five anchors into 1/4" holes.

4 . Place hang track against wall aligning holes in track with a n c h o r s .

5 . S e c u re hang track to wall with five #12 x 2" panhead s c rews (supplied).

IMPORTANT : Installer le rail horizontal sur des montants de charpente ou du béton SEULEMENT. Il est ESSENTIEL d’espacer les rails verticaux de 40,6 cm (centre à centre) pour une installation adéquate. Ne pas installer selon une configuration de montants différente.

a. Montants :

1 . Déterminer quel est le « haut » et le « bas » du rail de suspension. Utiliser un niveau pour s’assurer que le rail horizontal est droit.

2 . Aligner les trous 1, 3 et 5 du rail horizontal (en comptant

àpartir d’une extrémité ou l’autre) avec les montants. (Si les trous 1, 3 et 5 sont solidement ancrés aux montants, il n’est pas nécessaire de fixer les orifices 2 et 4.)

3 . Fixer le rail horizontal directement aux montants du mur,

à l’aide de vis à tête cylindrique bombée no 12 x 5 cm (fournies).

b.Béton :

1 . Déterminer quel est le « haut » et le « bas » du rail horizontal. Utiliser un niveau pour s’assurer que le rail horizontal est droit.

2 . Marquer l’emplacement de TOUS les trous du rail horizontal sur le mur. Percer des trous de 6 mm aux endroits indiqués sur le mur.

3 . Insérer cinq chevilles d’ancrage dans les trous de 6 mm.

4 . Placer le rail horizontal contre le mur en alignant les trous du rail aux chevilles d’ancrage.

5 . Fixer solidement le rail horizontal au mur à l’aide de cinq vis à tête cylindrique bombée no 12 x 5 cm (fournies).

IMPORTANTE: Instale el riel horizontal SOLAMENTE en montantes o en concreto. Los montantes DEBEN tener una separación entre sí de 40,6 cm (de centro a centro) para una instalación correcta.
