MTX In-Wall Speakers are designed to work within any interior decorating scheme. They can be installed in virtually any location where flush mounting is possible. To maximize their sound performance however certain guidelines should be fol- lowed. For the best stereo reproduction the two loudspeakers should be placed an equal distance from your listening position and separated so that the angle between them, at the listening position, is between 40 and 60 degrees.

For best stereo imaging, we recommend that the units be placed so that the tweeters are as close as possible to the ear level of a seated listener. As this is not always possible in keeping with aesthetic design of a particular room, MTX In-Wall Speakers were designed with a pivoting tweeter which rotates to allow you to “aim” the high frequencies toward the listening position.

The output of the tweeter can be adjusted to compensate for speaker placement/ listening positions that are less than ideal. The 0dB position is designed to pro- vide the smoothest frequency response on axis. If the high frequency response is considered to be too strong or too weak, the tweeter level can increased (+3dB position) or decreased (-3dB position) to suit the listeners preference.

825W1, 625W specifications

MTX Audio has established itself as a leader in the realm of car audio systems, and the MTX Audio 625W and 825W1 subwoofers exemplify the brand’s commitment to high-performance sound reproduction. These models are designed to deliver deep, booming bass that enhances any listening experience, whether you're cruising down the road or at home.

The MTX Audio 625W subwoofer features a robust design that allows it to handle substantial power with elegance. It has a peak power handling of 625 watts, enabling it to deliver heart-thumping bass that can easily fill a vehicle with sound. Its 12-inch diameter woofer cone is crafted from high-quality materials that ensure durability and longevity, even under rigorous conditions. The rubber surround enhances the subwoofer's performance by providing a reliable and stable area for the cone to move freely, resulting in a more accurate low-frequency response.

On the other hand, the MTX Audio 825W1 is a larger variant that takes bass performance to the next level. With a peak power handling of 825 watts, this subwoofer is engineered to deliver powerful, deep tones that resonate through any setting. This model boasts a unique design featuring a high-efficiency voice coil that improves thermal performance and ensures that the subwoofer can handle heavy use without overheating.

Both models feature advanced technologies that contribute to their superior performance. MTX Audio incorporates its proprietary "VAST" (Vertical Attach Surround Technique) technology, which increases the total cone area, allowing for greater air movement and ultimately louder output. This innovation allows users to experience a richer and fuller sound without the need for excessive power consumption.

Additionally, both subwoofers are designed with a sturdy construction, which includes reinforced frames that minimize distortion, ensuring that the bass notes are clean and clear. This robust build quality not only enhances durability but also provides the necessary strength to handle the rigors of daily use.

In summary, the MTX Audio 625W and 825W1 subwoofers are perfect choices for car audio enthusiasts looking for powerful bass performance and reliability. With their impressive power handling, advanced technologies, and durable construction, these models are designed to deliver an exceptional listening experience that stands the test of time. Whether you're seeking to upgrade your car's audio system or create a dedicated home setup, these subwoofers are sure to impress with their performance and sound quality.
