Köszönjük, hogy a SAMSUNG Solid State Drive 830 sorozat (a továbbiakban „Termék”) mellett döntött. A SAMSUNG számára fontos az Ön sikere, és mindig a lehető legmagasabb szintű szolgáltatás biztosítására törekszik.

„SAMSUNG”) ÁLTAL GYÁRTOTT TERMÉKET. A TERMÉK HASZNÁLATBA VÉTELÉVEL KINYILVÁNÍTJA, HOGY ELFOGADJA A JELEN SAMSUNG SSD GARANCIAVÁLLALÁSI NYILATKOZATBAN (a továbbiakban„MEGÁLLAPODÁS”) FOGLALT FELTÉTELEKET ÉS KIKÖTÉSEKET. HA NEM FOGADJA EL A JELEN MEGÁLLAPODÁSBAN LEÍRT FELTÉTELEKET ÉS KIKÖTÉSEKET, NE HASZNÁLJA A TERMÉKET.

A SAMSUNG – a jelen dokumentumban meghatározott feltételek mellett – garanciát vállal a Termék eredeti végfelhasználója vagy megvásárlója (azaz„Ön”) felé arra vonatkozóan, hogy a termék anyaghibától és gyártási hibától mentes.

Ha a SAMSUNG saját kizárólagos hatáskörében azt állapítja meg, hogy a Termék gyártási hibás vagy anyaghibás, és normál használat mellett nem teljesíti a közzétett specifikációkat, akkor mindaddig, amíg a Termék az Ön tulajdonában van, a SAMSUNG a jelen Megállapodásban foglalt feltételek és kikötések mellett az alábbi lehetőségek valamelyikét kínálja fel (saját döntése alapján): (1) a Termék megjavítása vagy cseréje új vagy felújított Termékre, amelynek kapacitása és használhatósága eléri vagy meghaladja az eredeti Termékét; (2) az esetleges kedvezményekkel korrigált pénzvisszatérítés, amely a jelen Megállapodás E szakasza szerinti rend alapján történik. Csere esetén a SAMSUNG kicserélheti az Ön Termékét egy korábban már használt, megjavított és a tesztelésen a SAMSUNG specifikációinak megfelelő Termékre. Ez a garancia csak Ön felé érvényes, és nem ruházható át. A garancia érvényesítéséhez szükség lehet a vásárlás igazolására.

A SAMSUNG, VALAMINT A BESZÁLLÍTÓI ÉS LEÁNYVÁLLALATAI NEM VONHATÓK FELELŐSSÉGRE SEMMILYEN KÖZVETETT, KÖVETKEZMÉNYES, BALESETBŐL SZÁRMAZÓ VAGY KÜLÖNLEGES KÁRÉRT, PÉNZÜGYI VESZTESÉGÉRT, ILLETVE ADATVESZTÉSI VAGY FÁJLMEGSEMMISÜLÉSI ESEMÉNYÉRT MÉG OLYAN ESETBEN SEM, HA A SAMSUNG ÉRTESÜLT AZ ILYEN JELLEGŰ KÁR KOCKÁZATÁRÓL, TOVÁBBÁ FÜGGETLENÜL BÁRMILYEN KORLÁTOZOTT MEGOLDÁS ALAPVETŐ CÉLJÁTÓL. A SAMSUNG KÖTELEZETTSÉGE SEMMIKÉPPEN NEM HALADHATJA MEG A TERMÉKÉRT ÖN ÁLTAL KIFIZETETT ÖSSZEGET. EZEK A MEGKÖTÉSEK
