When the mobile device is in power-saving mode

When the mobile device is in power-saving mode, the following message will appear in place of the MHL screen. To display the MHL screen, deactivate power-saving mode.

MHL device is in sleep mode.

When the mobile device is not connected or does not support MHL

Mobile Control and MHL are not supported at the same time.

If the mobile device is not connected or the connected mobile device does not support the MHL function, the following screen will appear.

If MHL mode does not activate, check the connection of the mobile device. If MHL mode does not activate, check if the mobile device supports MHL.

If MHL mode does not activate even though the mobile device supports MHL, update the firmware on the device to the latest version.
