Frequently asked questions

The vacuum cleaner shuts off automatically.

If the vacuum cleaner has overheated the temperature limiter will automatically turn the vacuum cleaner off.

This can occur if, for instance, large articles block the suction tube or when the filter bag is full or contains particles of fine dust. A heavily soiled exhaust or dust compartment filter can also be the cause of overheating. In this case, turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug it from the outlet.

After eliminating the cause and a wait of about 20 - 30 minutes, the vacuum cleaner has cooled enough that you can turn it on and use it again.
