How Does The Hubbell Tankless Water Heater Work?

Hubbell has applied its 88 years of water heating experience and engineered a tankless electric water heater that will provide many years of reliable service in your home. The cold water enters the unit and passes through a flow meter and inlet thermistor which measure the precise flow rate and temperature of the incoming water. The control system uses advanced logic with solid state switching devices to fully modulate the power to the heating elements from 0-100% to provide the most accurate and consistent hot water temperatures in the industry. As the water flows out of the unit a second thermistor makes any necessary adjustments to ensure the Hubbell Tankless delivers accurate and consistent hot water. With numerous control features including the ability to track kW hours consumed, operating cost and hot water usage, the Hubbell Tankless allows the homeowner to maximize their savings and gain the most benefit from their investment.

240-3 24 kW, 280-3 27 kW, 220-3 21 kW specifications

Hubbell Electric Heater Company has long been recognized for designing and manufacturing some of the most reliable and efficient heating solutions in the market. Among its extensive product lineup, the 240-3, 280-3, and 220-3 models stand out, offering powerful performance with their impressive heating capacities of 24 kW, 27 kW, and 21 kW, respectively.

One of the key features of these electric heaters is their state-of-the-art heating technology. Utilizing high-quality heating elements, these models provide quick and efficient heat transfer, ensuring that spaces are warmed up rapidly. The energy efficiency of these heaters minimizes operational costs while maintaining a comfortable environment. Each model is designed for use in various applications, including commercial and industrial settings, making them versatile solutions for different heating needs.

Another significant characteristic of these Hubbell heaters is their durable construction. Made from robust materials, they are built to withstand the demands of heavy usage and challenging environments. The models are often equipped with a weatherproof enclosure, ensuring that they can operate effectively in both indoor and outdoor applications. This durability is complemented by a design that allows for easy installation, which makes them suitable for both new constructions and retrofits.

In addition to durability and efficiency, safety is a primary concern with Hubbell's electric heaters. Each model features built-in safety mechanisms, such as automatic shut-off capabilities in cases of overheating, which helps prevent potentially hazardous situations. The heaters also come with adjustable temperature settings, allowing users to tailor the heating output to their specific needs.

The 240-3, 280-3, and 220-3 models are also designed with improved thermal performance in mind. Their advanced insulating properties minimize heat loss, ensuring that the heat generated is maintained in the space rather than dissipated into the environment. This efficiency is particularly beneficial in larger areas where maintaining a consistent temperature can be challenging.

In conclusion, the Hubbell Electric Heater Company’s 240-3, 280-3, and 220-3 models deliver high wattage heating solutions that combine efficiency, safety, and durability. With their advanced technologies, robust design, and versatile applications, these heaters are well-suited for a wide range of environments, providing reliable warmth for any need.
