Replacement Door for 1F90 & 1F97

Comfort-Set II Digital Thermostats

 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

Before installing the new door onto your digital thermo- stat, you will need to attach one of the two operating instruction labels to the new door.

1.Determine the type of thermostat you have. If the two buttons on the far right of the thermostat look like fig.1, you will use the label numbered 153-2324(for the 1F97).

If the two buttons on the far right of your thermostat look like fig.2, you will use the label numbered 153- 2325 (for the 1F90).

2.Place the thermostat door on a table and position it so that the recessed area is facing up, and the door is positioned as shown in fig. 3.

3.Peel the backing off the label you will use. Working from the upper edge, lay the label in place on the door. Gently wipe the label down to remove any air bubbles.

4.To install the door, insert the extruded dimples into the recesses located on the lower right and left edges of the thermostat (it may be necessary to bend the door slightly to fit it into place).
