1.Veiller à ce que l’interrupteur principal «MARCHE/ARRÊT» (ON/OFF) de l’appareil soit en position «ARRÊT» (OFF) (voir la section Utilisation).

2.Brancher l’appareil dans une prise de 15 A/120 V. Si le cordon est trop court, utiliser une rallonge à puissance minimale de 1875 watts, de calibre minimal de 14 AWG.

Pour accéder aux commandes, basculer le panneau avant situé sur la partie inférieure avant du foyer (se référer au schéma ci‑dessous). (Figure 3)

A.Interrupteur à trois positions marche/arrêt (ON/OFF)

L’interrupteur est muni de deux positions MARCHE (ON), indiquées par et par « Manuel » (Manual). La position « Manuel » sert à l’utilisation manuelle. Dans cette position, la télécommande ne fonctionne pas.La position sert à utiliser l’appareil à l’aide de la télécommande fournie.Quand l’appareil est en position , il

fonctionne au moyen des boutons « MARCHE » (ON) et « ARRÊT » (OFF) de la télécommande.

Quand l’interrupteur est au centre, l’appareil est éteint.

B. Interrupteur du chauffage

L’Interrupteur de chauffage « MARCHE/ARRÊT » (ON/ OFF) alimente le ventilateur du radiateur et l’élément chauffant. La position « MARCHE » (ON) permet d’activer le chauffage si le thermostat le demande.
