14.Load the latest CMSADM backup tape into the tape drive.
15.Restore CMS data from the tape:

16.Turn on CMS:
a.Enter a cmsadm or cmssvc command.
b.Select the run_cms option.
c.Select the Turn on CMS option.
17.Do a full maintenance backup.
