Enlèvement et disposition de la pile

REMARQUE: Si vous ne savez pas comment enlever le bloc-piles, nous vous recommandons de vous adresser à un technicien spécialisé en petits électroménagers qui pourra le faire pour vous.

Suivez ces étapes pour enlever les piles.

La balayeuse est dotée de piles au nickel cadmium que vous devez jeter aux rebuts convenablement. Lorsque les piles ne peuvent plus être utilisées, enlevez-les de la balayeuse pour le jeter. N’enlevez les piles pour aucune autre raison que celle-ci.

Les piles doivent être recyclées ou jetées en conformité avec les règlements locaux à cet effet. Pour plus de renseignements, consultez les Pages Jaunes ou votre centre local de recyclage.

AVERTISSEMENT: Vous ne devez jamais remplacer les piles

par des piles ordinaires: celles-ci peuvent fuir et causer des dommages. N’utilisez que le bloc-piles XSB705 fourni par FANTOM.

Enlèvement du bloc-piles

1.Inversez l’appareil pour que sa base soit orientée vers le haut.

2.Avec un tournevis Philips No 1, retirez la vis du couvercle du compartiment à piles et mettez-la de côté. (Fig. 8)

3.Retirez l’ancien bloc-piles et détachez sa fiche de connexion à l’appareil. (Fig. 9)

4.Insérez la fiche de connexion du nouveau bloc-piles à la prise femelle dans le compartiment à piles.

5.Insérez le nouveau bloc-piles dans le compartiment à piles en vous assurant que tous les fils sont bien rentrés.

6.Remettez le couvercle en place avec la vis. Évitez de trop serrer la vis.

HOW TO OPERATE YOUR CORDLESS HAND SWEEPER

Before you start:

Your Cordless Hand Sweeper will require very little assembly. You should remove it from the carton and familiarize yourself with all the components listed as per the parts drawing (pg.2) This will help you in the assembly and operation of your cordless hand sweeper.

1.Before using, please ensure that the cordless hand sweeper has been initially charged for 24 hours. Your cordless sweeper will only operate properly when the batteries are fully charged. When fully charged, your sweeper will operate for approximately 20-25 minutes - dependent upon the type of use (example - counters/tabletops or upholstery).

2.Push the On/Off switch to operate the unit. To turn off, press switch again. (Fig. 1)

NOTE: Do not operate the hand sweeper without the dust tray in place.

CAUTION: Any electronic or electrical appliance should not be stored in or exposed to areas of high heat or humidity. Do not store your cordless hand sweeper close to stoves, radiators, furnaces or in a bathroom or bathing area.
