Brush Roll

The rotating brush roll sweeps and combs the carpet nap. Keep the brush roll free from hair and threads so it will continue brushing the carpet nap. Replace worn brush strips when the bristles no longer touch a straight edge held across the bottom plate. There are two types of brush rolls, the chromed steel tubular brush roll or the anodized aluminum spiral brush roll. Follow the instructions for the type of brush roll featured on the cleaner.

CAUTION: Turn off the switch and unplug the electrical cord before replacing brush strips.

Brush Roll Belt

The brush roll belt on the upright vacuum cleaner drives the brush to agitate, sweep, and comb the carpet nap. The belt should be checked regularly to be sure it is in good condition. Replace the belt if it is stretching, cracking, or slipping. Cut away any hair or thread wound around the brush roll or the belt pulley because the buildup could cause the belt to rotate unevenly.

Durability is a cornerstone of the Sanitaire brand, and the 800 and 600 series are no exception. These vacuums are constructed with high-quality materials designed for heavy use. Their rugged design ensures they can withstand the rigors of daily cleaning tasks, making them a smart investment for any business.

User convenience is another area where these models shine. The ergonomic handle and lightweight design allow for easy maneuverability, reducing user fatigue during long cleaning sessions. Additionally, the vacuums feature large capacity bags, which minimize the frequency of bag changes and enhance operational efficiency.

The Sanitaire 800 and 600 series also come with various accessories and attachments, broadening their versatility. Users can easily switch from cleaning carpets to hard floors or tackle upholstery with just a change of attachment. This adaptability makes these vacuums suitable for diverse cleaning needs across different environments.

Overall, the Sanitaire 800 and 600 series offer an impressive combination of power, filtration, durability, and user-friendly design, making them an excellent choice for professional cleaning applications. Their commitment to quality and performance sets them apart in a competitive market, ensuring they meet the demands of any commercial cleaning task.
