Die folgenden Zeichen werden in diesem Handbuch durchgehend verwendet. Sie haben folgende Bedeutungen:

GEFAHRENSTUFEN

Es gibt drei Gefahrenstufen, die durch die Signalworte WARNUNG, VORSICHT und ZUR SICHERHEIT gekennzeichnet werden. Die Gefahrenstufen werden wie folgt definiert:

WARNUNG – Gefahren oder unsichere Betriebsweisen, welche zu schwerwiegenden Personenschäden mit eventueller Todesfolge führen KÖNNTEN.

! VORSICHT

VORSICHT - Gefahren oder unsichere Betriebsweisen, welche zu geringfügigen Personen- oder Sachschäden führen könnten.

ZUR SICHERHEIT: Zur Identifizierung von Maßnahmen, die ergriffen werden müssen, um einen sicheren Betrieb der Maschine zu gewährleisten.

Maschinenschäden oder fehlerhafter Betrieb müssen unverzüglich gemeldet werden. Benutzen Sie die Maschine nur dann, wenn sie in vorschriftsmäßigem Betriebszustand ist. Befolgen Sie Zustandsinformationen, welche auf potenziell gefährliche Zustände für Bedienungspersonal oder Maschine hinweisen. Lesen Sie diese Informationen sorgfältig. Sie müssen wissen, wann diese Zustände eintreten können. Machen Sie sich mit der Position aller Sicherheitsvorrichtungen an der Maschine vertraut. Treffen Sie die erforderlichen Vorbereitungen zur Ausbildung des Bedienungspersonals der Maschine.

ZUR SICHERHEIT:

NEHMEN SIE DIE MASCHINE NUR DANN IN BETRIEB: Wenn Sie dazu ausgebildet und befugt sind.

Wenn Sie die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden haben.

Wenn sich im Betriebsbereich kein entzündliches oder explosives Material befindet. Wenn im Betriebsbereich keine Gefahr vor fallenden Gegenständen besteht.

BEI DER WARTUNG DER MASCHINE:

Halten Sie Abstand von beweglichen Teilen. Tragen Sie keine lockere Kleidung wie Jacken, Hemden oder Ärmel, wenn Sie an der Maschine arbeiten. Benutzen Sie die vom Hersteller empfohlenen Ersatzteile.
