Customizing Your Own 24-Hour Schedule

Before starting the programming procedure, use Tables 5 and 6 to organize your schedule. The preprogrammed schedule is shown in Table 4. Four time periods are availableÑWAKE, LEAVE, RETURN, and SLEEP.
