Humidification Control

If the humidification control has been enabled, the Comfort Control attempts to control to this humidification setpoint by turning on the humidifier.

Frost Control

If your ComfortLinkTM II communicating system is equipped with an outdoor temperature sensor and a humidifier, you can use the frost control feature to control window condensation during the heating season. Frost control works by reducing humidification when conditions indicate that condensation or frost can occur.

The degree of frost control is determined by the setting you choose between 0 and 10. Press More key until you come to the frost setting screen. The display shows FROST and a number from 0 to 10. When the factory setting (5) results in too much condensation or frost on the windows, lower the setting. When the air seems too dry, raise the setting.
