PLAYING COMPACT DISCS

NORMAL PLAYBACK

This unit can play standard compact discs, as well as CD-R and CD-RW Compact discs.

Press the POWER button to turn	Press the CD Function button to

Gently place a CD onto the center spindle, with the printed label side facing up. Close the CD compartment door.

To stop playback before the disc ends, press the BAND/STOP(■) button. The disc will stop and the display will show the total number of tracks and playing time on the disc.

After the last track has been played, the disc stops automa- tically and the display shows the total number of tracks and playing time on the disc. If you are finished listening, press the CD OPEN/ CLOSE button.

Remove your disc and press the POWER button to turn the unit off; the STANDBY indicator will light.
