Drawing up the Bobbin Thread

1Raise the presser foot lifter. Hold the needle thread with your finger.

1 Needle thread

2 Bobbin thread

2 Turn the handwheel one complete turn toward you. Draw the needle thread to bring up a loop of the bobbin thread.

3Pass the needle thread through the hole in the embroidery foot and draw it up to the thread holder leaving an inch of free thread.
