Troubleshooting

Reduced Spray OR No Spray

Possible causes

1.Solution tank empty

2.Lint screen on solution tank cap clogged

3.Spray Nozzle Clogged

4.Upper handle is not in the upright and locked position

5.Upper body not attached properly.

Remedies

1.Refill tank with water and formula

2.Soak solution tank cap in warm water and then rinse under running water

3.Clean Spray nozzle by rinsing under water

4.Rotate the retractable handle lock, pull handle up and return the handle lock to the locked position.

5.Repeat steps 2-4 on page 5.

Deep cleaner not picking up cleaning solution

Possible causes

Remedies

Collection tank not aligned/secured

Check tank alignment and secure with side latches

Collection tank full

Empty tank

Removable nozzle installed improperly

Unplug unit. Align two "hooks" into bottom first, then snap
