5. L’USO

1.Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio A/V è stato inserito.

2.Rivolgere il vs. telecomando al ricevitore IR Powermid XS. Il ricevitore IR riceve questi segnali infrarossi, li converte in segnali a radiofrequenza (RF) e li trasmette al trasmettitore IR Powermid XS. Poi il trasmettitore IR riconverte questi segnali in segnali infrarossi e li trasmette al vs. lettore DVD, decodifi- catore, video, impianto stereo, ecc. Quando si vuole comandare le apparec- chiature da più stanze, si può collocare più ricevitori IR (no. di art. 09773).

6.INSTALLAZIONE DEL CAVO DI PROLUNGA IR OPZIONALE (IR EYE)

Quando non è possibile collocare il trasmettitore IR nel campo visivo delle apparecchiature A/V (p.e. perché sono collocate in un mobile chiuso), si può collocare il trasmettitore IR accanto ad o sopra le apparecchiature tramite l’IR Eye (no. di art. 09682).

1.Collegare il cavo di prolunga IR all’ingresso [F] al lato posteriore del trasmet- titore IR (vedere la figura 1).

2.Rimuovere la protezione adesiva da uno dei LED IR. Collocare questo LED IR sulla finestra IR dell’apparecchiatura A/V che si vuole comandare. Non ancora spingerlo. Prima di fissare definitivamente il LED IR, si raccomanda di controllare il funzionamento. Rivolgere il vs. telecomando originale alla finestra sul lato anteriore del ricevitore IR e scegliere per esempio alcuni canali. Se l’apparecchio A/V non reagisce, forse il LED IR non è collocato nell’apposita posizione. In caso di certe apparecchiature la posizione è critica. Si può usare il secondo LED IR per il comando di un eventuale seconda apparecchiatura A/V. Se non si usa questo LED IR, non si deve mai rimuoverlo!

7. DOMANDE FREQUENTI

Non posso comandare le apparecchiature A/V tramite il Powermid XS. Osservare le istruzioni seguenti:

•Usare per il ricevitore IR esclusivamente batterie nuove (cariche), non ricari- cabili, alcaline del tipo AAA.

•Controllare se l’indicatore nel ricevitore IR si accende in rosso quando si usa il telecomando.

•Il trasmettitore IR si trova nella portata delle apparecchiature AV?
