Microphone Positioning

To take advantage of the noise canceling qualities of the microphone, position the Orator-G headset with the flat side of the microphone, marked with an F, facing you. The microphone boom should be adjusted so that the microphone is approximately one finger width away from your lower lip (see Figure 5).

The Orator-G has a flexible boom that can be reshaped until the microphone is correctly positioned in front of your mouth. One hand should grasp and steady the receiver end of the boom. The other hand can then flex the boom (see Figure 6).

CAUTION: Never forcefully rotate the microphone boom past its stop point in the receiver assembly!

Clothing Clip

The clothing clip should be fastened for comfortable wearing (see Figure 7). It is designed to prevent the weight of the cord from dislodging the headset. Position the clip conveniently on your clothing. To reduce excess slack, reposition the clip by sliding it up and down the cord.

GN Netcom OG-I and OG-II are premium audio headsets designed primarily for professional environments, providing exceptional sound quality and communication capabilities. They are popular choices among call center employees, office workers, and those who rely on clear and reliable audio for their day-to-day operations.

One of the main features of the GN Netcom OG-I and OG-II headsets is their active noise cancellation technology. This feature is particularly beneficial in noisy office environments, allowing users to focus on their calls without distractions from background noise. The headsets are designed to minimize external sounds, ensuring that both the user and the person on the other end of the line can hear each other clearly.

Both models feature high-definition audio quality, providing crisp and clear sound that enhances communication. The headsets have wideband audio capabilities, which allow for a broader frequency response, making voice calls more natural and ensuring that nuances in speech are preserved. This characteristic is crucial for effective communication, especially in customer service roles, where understanding every word can make a difference.

Comfort is another critical aspect of the OG-I and OG-II models. They are built with soft ear cushions and an adjustable headband, which makes them suitable for long hours of use. The lightweight design ensures that users can wear them without discomfort, allowing for extended use during lengthy calls or meetings.

The GN Netcom OG-I and OG-II also incorporate advanced wireless technology. They offer Bluetooth connectivity, providing users with the freedom to move around without being tethered to their devices. The wireless range typically extends up to 100 meters, allowing for seamless connectivity throughout an office space. This feature enhances productivity, as users can multitask without having to stay close to their phone or computer.

Moreover, these headsets boast an impressive battery life, ensuring that users can rely on them throughout their workday without frequent recharging. Quick charge capabilities also mean that users can get back to work with minimal downtime.

In summary, GN Netcom OG-I and OG-II headsets combine high-quality sound, active noise cancellation, comfort, and advanced wireless technology, making them ideal for professionals seeking effective communication tools. With their thoughtful design, these headsets cater to the needs of users who require reliability and performance in their audio equipment.
