Electric Knife KH 550

Intended use

The electric knife is suitable for cutting various types of foodstuff. It is intended for domestic use only, not for commercial applications.

Safety notes

To avoid potentially fatal electric shocks:

The rating of the local power supply must tally com- pletely with the details given on the rating plate of the appliance.

NEVER submerse the motor block in water. Wipe it off with a damp cloth only.

Arrange for damaged power cables and/or plugs to be exchanged as soon as possible by a qualified specialist or the Customer Service .

Arrange for appliances that do not operate correctly, or have been damaged, to be inspected and/or repaired by Customer Service as soon as possible.

NEVER subject the appliance to rain and do not use it in wet or moist environments. Take steps to ensure that the power cable never becomes wet or moist during use.

To avoid fire risks and burn injuries:

This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Caution! Keep children away from the power cable and the appliance. Children often underestimate the dangers from electrical appliances.

Ensure that the power plug can be quickly removed from the socket in the event of danger and that people cannot stumble over the power cable.
