2.Retire el embudo de café del recipiente de agua.

Para preparar 6 tazas de café, llene el recipiente de agua con agua fresca hasta la marca MAX.

Consejo: Recomendamos el uso de agua fresca blanda. El agua con gran contenido de calcio o sales altera el sabor del café.

IMPORTANTE: Nunca use su cafetera si el recipiente de agua está vacío; no llene nunca la cafetera con agua caliente con la intención de acelerar el proceso de preparación del café.

3.Introduzca el embudo de café en el recipiente de agua.

4.Llene el embudo de café con café molido; no compacte el café. Coloque el café en el embudo en pequeñas cantidades y usando una cuchara; de esta forma evitará llenar demasiado el embudo y que se desparrame café.

Alise el café molido y vuelque todo exceso de café por el borde del embudo.

IMPORTANTE: Use sólo café molido de buena calidad y molienda media, apto para cafeteras de café espresso.

5.Enrosque firmemente las dos partes de la cafetera sosteniendo el recipiente de agua con una mano y girando con la otra el cuerpo superior para el café preparado, esta vez en el sentido de las agujas del reloj, es decir hacia la derecha. No ejerza presión sobre el asa.
