Initial use

0Insert plug into mains socket.

The temperature regulator is on the right side in the refrigerator compartment. It is also the ON/ OFF-switch.

Position "0" means: Off, interior lighting off

Position "1"means:

Highest interior temperature (warmest setting)

Position "6" means:

Lowest interior temperature (coldest setting)

Recommended settings:

For normal use: position "2" - "3";

0Turn the temperature regulator to the desired setting. The inside light illuminates. The compressor starts and then runs automatically.

3 Goods to be refrigerated can be loaded immediately after switching on, because the storage temperature in the refrigerator is quickly reached.

Note: From a food science point of view, +5 °C for the refrigerator compartment should be considered cold enough as a storage tempera- ture.

The following effects are of significance in respect of the interior tem- perature:

Ambient temperature;

Quantity and temperature of the food stored;

Frequency with which the door is opened and how long it is left open. Examples:

Ambient temperature
