OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL CONTROLS

Main POWER Switch (Vacation Switch)

The MAIN POWER SWITCH is located on the back panel of the main unit. This switch must be ‘On’in order to operate the system. It is not necessary to turn the MAIN POWER SWITCH ‘Off’each time you turn the system ‘off’. Leave the MAIN POWER SWITCH in the ‘ON’position at all times, unless the system will not be used for 30 days or more. In that case you may set the MAIN POWER SWITCH to the ‘OFF’position for maximum energy conservation.

Bass Boost Switch (BBS)

This system includes a BBS (Bass Boost) button that provides increased bass response, especially at lower listening levels. Press the BBS button once to turn the Bass Boost circuit ‘On’. The BBS indicator comes ‘On’. Press the BBS button again to turn the Bass Boost circuit ‘Off’. The BBS indicator goes ‘Off’.

Note: If you experience any distortion when listening at high volume levels, turn the Bass Boost ‘off’.
