Elektronische uitrustingen

De meeste elektronische uitrustingen zijn afgeschermd tegen RF-energie. Sommige elektronische uitrustingen echter niet.

Gebruik uw autostereo niet in de buurt van medische apparatuur zonder vooraf om toestemming te hebben gevraagd. Indien u persoonlijk een medisch apparaat gebruikt, bv. een pacemaker of een hoorapparaat, lees dan de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw mobiele telefoon voor nadere informaties.

Explosiegevaarlijke gebieden

Schakel in explosiegevaarlijke of militaire gebieden tweewegradio uit om te voorkomen, dat deze springwerkzaamheden stoort. Bouwteams gebruiken vaak RF-afstandsbedieningen om de explosieven te doen afgaan.

Pontentiële explosieve omgevingen

Schakel uw elektronisch apparaat uit, wanneer u in een gebied met potentieel explosieve omgeving bent. Het gebeurt zelden, maar uw elektronisch apparaat zou vonken kunnen veroorzaken. In zulke omgevingen kunnen vonken een ontploffing of brand veroorzaken met lichamelijk letsel of zelfs de dood tot gevolg.

Gebieden met potentieel explosieve omgeving zijn vaak, maar niet altijd, duidelijk gemarkeerd.

Deze autostereo en het elektronische apparaat, dat met de handsfree verbonden is, gebruiken radiosignalen, cellulaire, bluetooth draadloze technologie en het landlijnennet, evenals door de gebruiker geprogrammeerde functies, die niet onder alle omstandigheden een verbinding garanderen. U moet zich daarom nooit uitsluitend verlaten op een elektronisch apparaat voor levensbelangrijke communicaties (bv. medische noodgevallen).

Denk eraan, dat, om gesprekken te kunnen ontvangen, de autostereo en het elektronische apparaat dat met de handsfree verbonden is, aangeschakeld en in een servicegebied met adequate cellulair-signaalsterkte moeten zijn. Noodoproepen zijn eventueel niet mogelijk op alle cellulair telefoonnetwerken of wanneer bepaalde netwerkdiensten en/of telefoonfuncties in gebruik zijn. Verifieer met uw plaatselijke dienstverlener.
