USING YOUR MIX & STORE DIGITAL HAND MIXER

1.After inserting the required dough hooks or beaters, plug the cord into a 120V 60Hz

 

AC-only outlet.

Press the

switch. The blue LCD digital display will illuminate and flash.

To operate your hand mixer, simply press the speed selector up

or down

until the

 

desired speed is reached. Your hand mixer will begin to count the minutes and seconds

NOTE: To avoid excessive spattering and flour dusting, lower the beaters or dough

 

hooks fully into the ingredients that are to be processed before turning the mixer on.
