INFUSION IMMÉDIATE, AVEC MOUTURE DE CAFÉ

1.Appuyez sur le bouton de dégagement du couvercle, à l’avant de la cafetière, pour ouvrir le couvercle. Retirez l’ensemble de la chambre de broyage (voyez page 5). Placez un filtre papier de 8 à 12 tasses ou un filtre permanent dans le porte-filtre. Humectez de préférence le pourtour du filtre papier pour éviter son affaissement.

2.Déposez la quantité voulue de mouture de café et secouez doucement pour unifor- miser la surface (voyez le tableau de la page 7). Assurez-vous que le filtre papier soit bien centré. Replacez le porte-filtre et l’ensemble de la chambre de broyage.

3.Versez le volume d’eau nécessaire dans la verseuse (1 tasse de café filtré équivaut à 5 onces liquides ou 145 mL).

4.Versez l’eau dans le réservoir. Voyez la figure 7. Fermez le couvercle puis placez la verseuse vide sur la plaque chauffante.
