If your hot pot is accidentally plugged in without being filled with liquid or food, or is allowed to boil dry, the hot pot will cycle continuously, switching off, cooling down, and switch- ing back on. You should:
1.Unplug the hot pot and wait about 15 minutes for the heater to cool down.
2.Refill the hot pot, then use as normal and check that the hot pot functions correctly.
Cleaning the Hot Pot

1.With hot pot unplugged, empty out any remaining liquid or food.
2.Wash the inside of hot pot with warm, soapy water and rinse with warm water after each use. Do the same with the cover.
3.Do not clean the heating surface with an abrasive scouring pad or powder; doing so will damage the nonstick coating.
4.To clean the exterior of hot pot, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive scouring pads or powders as they may scratch the smooth surface of hot pot.
5.To avoid scale/lime deposit
