CAUSE PROBABLE / SOLUTION

•Serrez la base Sure Rest™ sur le récipient.

•S’assurer que le couvercle avec son capuchon de remplissage est bien enfoncés dans le récipient

•Consultez les instructions pour piler les glaçons dans la section “Conseils pour le mélange”

•Assurez-vous d’ajouter suffisamment de liquide. Si le mélange est trop épais, continuez à ajouter du liquide jusqu’à arriver à la consistance désirée. Nous recommandons un minimum de 8 onces (250 ml.).

•N’essayez pas de faire de la purée de pommes de terre, de la pâte épaisse, de battre des blancs d’oeufs, de hacher de la viande crue ou d’extraire des jus de fruits et de légumes. Le mélangeur n’est pas conçu pour accomplir ces tâches.

•Si le mélange est trop épais, continuez à ajouter du liquide jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit d’une consistence désirée.

•Desserrez la base Sure Rest™ en tenant le récipient et en tournant la base Sure Rest™ dans le sens opposé à celui des aiguilles d’une montre.
