When mixing is complete, set speed control to “1” and raise beaters slowly from batter to clean off clinging food. Be sure to turn unit to “0” before raising beaters completely out of mixing bowl.

EJECTING BEATERS OR DOUGH HOOKS

Be sure speed control is at the “OFF” or “0” position and cord is removed from electrical outlet. Scrape off any excess batter with a rubber spatula. Grasp the stems of the beaters with your hand and press the beater eject button. Beaters will release into your hand.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOOL USE

Two mixer tools are used as follows:

Beaters: For easy mixing of dough, eggs, cream, mayonnaise and for mixing or stirring sauces and pudding powders.

Dough Hooks: For the preparation of heavy yeast dough or short pastries. Also potato dough, dumplings and potato pancakes.

Set the position selector to “0” position. Insert the end part of the dough hook or the beater into one round opening on the underside of the mixer, paying attention to the left and right position, press and turn slightly until it is engaged in the correct position.

HOW TO RELEASE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS

Press down eject button. The hook or beaters can then be easily removed.

HOW TO USE THE MIXER

1.Set the position selector to the “0” position. Unplug the mixer, insert the beaters or dough hooks.

2.Insert the plug into a working electrical outlet.

3.Place ingredients into a bowl. Place the mixer handle directly in the center of the bowl.

4.Select the speed setting that matches your mixing needs.

5.Operate the mixer.

6.Guide the beaters continuously through the mixture. Whenever you wish to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl, first move the position selector to the “0” position. Then place the mixer on the heel rest so that the beaters can drain into the bowl.

7.When stirring heavy dough, do not insert dough hooks more than 1 inch deep into the dough so as to avoid some dough being drawn into the machine.
