USING THE SPATULA ATTACHMENT

Control Switch OFF. Place the Mixer on the Heel Rest so that batter can drain into the bowl. (Figure C)

6.To remove the Beaters/Whisk, push the Beater Eject Lever up with your index finger of one hand, then pull the Beater/Whisk out of the Mixer with the other hand.

Use the Spatula Attachment during mixing to scrape dry ingredients or batter from the bowl as you mix. It is designed for use when mixing thin (pudding, pancake batter) to medium batters (cake mixes, muffins, frosting) and for whipping mashed potatoes. It is not recom- mended when beating egg whites, whipping cream, or when mixing thick cookie dough. Do NOT use the Spatula Attachment with the Whisks (Model M175W only).

1.Insert the Beaters into the Mixer. Be sure the Mixer is unplugged and the speed control Switch is in the OFF position.
