TROPICAL ISLAND SMOOTHIE
2 cups orange juice
½cup frozen piña colada drink mix
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 medium banana
2 cups ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in order listed in the blending jar. Place lid with measuring cup on top of blending jar. Press pulse (P) for several seconds three or four times. Press high (2) speed and let run until mixture is smooth and well blended, about 1½ minutes.
Makes 3 thick shakes
APRICOT MANGO COOLER
2 cups apricot nectar
1 cup mango nectar
¼cup fresh lime juice
¼cup sugar
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup frozen cubed mango
Combine all ingredients in order listed in the blending jar. Place lid with measuring cup on top of blending jar. Press pulse (P) for several seconds three or four times. Press high (2) speed and blend until mixture is smooth and well blended, about 1 minute.
Makes about 6 cups
