AUTO DEFROST

The oven allows the defrosting of meat, poultry, and seafood. The time and the defrosting power are adjusted automatically once the weight is programmed. The weight range of frozen foods that can be defrosted is between 100g and 1800g.

For example: If you want to defrost 600g of shrimp.

1.Place the shrimp to be defrosted into the oven.

2.Turn WEIGHT/TIME dial anti-clockwise once, 100gwill be displayed.

3.Turn WEIGHT/TIME dial to select food weight.

4.Press START button.

NOTE: during auto defrost program, the oven will pause and sound bleeps. Turn the food over and press the START button to r e s u m e d e f r o s t i n g .

AUTO COOK

There are 8 auto menus you can use for easy cooking. It is not necessary to program the duration or the cooking power just select food type and weight or quantity. See the chart below for the auto cook menus.

For example: to cook 400g of fish.

1.Press the AUTO COOK button repeatedly to select food code A06.

2.Turn WEIGHT/TIME dial to indicate a weight of 400g

3.Press START button.

4.Place food in a container suited for the cooking process and press START button.

5.During autocook programs 7 and 8, the oven will pause and sound bleeps. Turn the food over and press the START button to r e s u m e c o o k i n g .
