Check before requesting service

Symptom

• Was power cord plugged in properly?

 

• Was water tank attached to the

• Was charcoal filter washed well

prior to use? Wash again.

 

 

 

Oil floats in coffee/tea

• Coffee beans contain oil but are not

harmful to consume.

 

Brewing is very slow

• A residue in water is clogging inside pipe.

Follow special cleaning instructions.
