BEFORE USE
1.Carefully unpack the Grill making sure that all packaging materials are removed.
2.Wash the Grill (pan, outer housing, drip tray and lid) in warm soapy water, rinse, and allow to dry thoroughly to remove any dust that may have accumulated during packaging.
3.Do not use harsh or abrasive cleansers
4.Spread 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil with a soft cloth or paper towel over cooking surface to condition the nonstick surface.
5.Turn the temperature to “Low”.
6.When the Grill has reached its temperature, turn off the unit and allow it to cool completely.
CAUTION: Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners on any part or parts of the Grill. Do not allow temperature control probe or plug to contact water or other liquids.
7
