Installing Battery Pack

The battery pack must be charged for at least 14 hours before using the radio. See BATTERY INFOR- MATION section.

1.Place the battery in- side the compart- ment.

Note: Make sure the con- tacts are to- ward the back and to the right.

2.Replace the cover.

3.Push the side latches for- ward to lock the cover into place.
