Instruction for the freezing compartment

Please use the freezing compartment for food to be stored in a long period.

The temperature in this compartment is below -18℃.Bacteria multiplication can be prevented. The storage period written on.

The food package should be observed. It is better to put food to be stored longer here, such as meat, fish, vegetable treated with

hot water, fruit treated with sugar, sweets ; etc. The storage period given on the food package should be observed.

Importance for freezing food

*Do not put too much fresh food in it once. The freezing capacity value must not be exceeded. (See “Technical data” in the back cover).

*Hot food must be cooled to the room temperature before putting it into the refrigerator.

*Food can be divided into several parts in accordance with its application. In this way, It is easy to be frozen. Quality can be guaranteed when thawing and cooking. Each part of food or fruit should be under 1 kg, for meat, it should be less than 2.5kg.

*Packing material must suit for freezing food. It must be dry so as to prevent freezing together. The packing material must be strong. no odor, gas seal, water seal to prevent odor penetration or decrease of the food quality.
