The display case is cons tructed of 18 gauge , non-magnet ic stainless steel . A tempered glas s front enclo ses the display case
and can be lifted to a 90 degree angle for easy cleani ng. Removabl e, sliding			glass doors on the operator side are included.
Sliding door tracks have a “clean sweep” cutout allowi ng for easy cleaning			and crumb remov al. Framed end clear glass with
rubber gasket materi al protects glass edges from chipping and breakage.		The base is divided into two (2) indiv idually
managed heat zones with each zone contr olled by a separate thermostat		with a rang e of 1 through 10 and heat-on indic ator
light. Overhead lights are contr olled by ON/OFF switches in two (2) light zones. Two (2) 125V plug outlet s are available as
an optio n on 120/208-240V units only. Counte r-top display cases include one set of 4" (102mm) legs.
