DO NOT ALLOW SPILLS OF FOODS WITH HIGH SUGAR CONTENT (E.G. JAM) TO DRY INSIDE THE OVEN. IF THEY DRY FOR TOO LONG, THEY MIGHT DAMAGE THE ENAMEL COATING OF THE INSIDE OF THE OVEN.
