TEMPERATURE CONTROL ADJUSTMENT FOR HIGH ALTITUDE ONLY!

TERMS:

Cut-out - Temperature sensed by the controller that shuts the compressor off.

Cut-in - Temperature sensed by the controller that turns the compressor on.

TOOLS REQUIRED:

Phillips head screwdriver

5/64" or 2 mm Allen Key

T-7 Torx Key

A.Unplug or disconnect power to the cabinet.

D.For high elevation installations, it may be necessary to "warm-up" the set points. To make the

adjustment, insert the appropriate tool in each adjustment screw and turn 1/4 of a revolution clockwise (to the right). This procedure will adjust both the cut-in and cut-out about 2°C warmer.

E.Make sure to reconnect the pink wire to proper spade terminal when reinstalling.

MANUAL DEFROST

B. Remove the screws that secure the temperature

Mechanical temperature controllers are affected

when functioning at high altitude. The Cut-in and

cut-out temperatures will be colder than when the

controller functions closer to sea level.

TMW-36F-QT, TMW-36F specifications

True Manufacturing Company is renowned for producing high-quality refrigeration solutions, and one of its standout products is the TMW-36F and TMW-36F-QT models. These refrigeration units are designed to meet the demanding needs of commercial foodservice environments, offering both reliability and efficiency.

The TMW-36F is a powerful freezer that provides a temperature range of -10°F to 0°F, making it suitable for storing frozen goods safely. With a spacious interior that boasts a total of 36 cubic feet of storage, this model is ideal for restaurants, supermarkets, and other foodservice establishments where bulk storage is essential. The TMW-36F-QT variant comes equipped with a quick-thaw feature, which optimizes thawing processes and enhances operational efficiency.

Both models feature a stainless steel construction that ensures durability and ease of cleaning. The exterior finish resists corrosion and contributes to the longevity of the equipment, while the interior is designed with rounded corners to facilitate proper sanitation. The shelves are adjustable and are crafted to accommodate various item sizes, allowing for maximum flexibility in organizing contents.

In terms of technology, the TMW-36F and TMW-36F-QT utilize a reliable refrigeration system that ensures consistent temperatures throughout the unit. Equipped with high-efficiency LED lighting, these models not only enhance visibility of the stored items but also reduce energy consumption, contributing to a more sustainable operation.

A noteworthy characteristic of these freezer models is their intuitive controls, which provide operators with the ability to easily monitor and adjust temperatures as needed. The design also incorporates high-density polyurethane insulation, which contributes significantly to energy conservation and helps maintain optimal internal temperatures.

Additionally, True Manufacturing emphasizes safety in the design of their products. The TMW-36F and TMW-36F-QT feature a self-closing door with a 90-degree stay-open feature, making it easy for staff to access items while maintaining an efficient workflow. This also minimizes energy loss by reducing cold air escape, which is critical in maintaining the ideal freezing environment.

In conclusion, the True Manufacturing TMW-36F and TMW-36F-QT models stand out for their robust features, advanced technologies, and user-friendly design. They represent the ideal solutions for commercial establishments looking to enhance their refrigeration capabilities while ensuring the utmost in product safety and energy efficiency.
