Self-cleaning tips

Keep the kitchen well ventilated during the Self-Cleaning cycle to help get rid of heat, odors, and smoke.

Clean the oven before it gets heavily soiled. Cleaning a very soiled oven takes longer and could cause an increased amount of smoke.

HOW THE CYCLE WORKS

The Self-Cleaning cycle uses very high heat to burn away soil and grease. During the cycle, the oven gets much hotter than it does for normal baking or broiling. This high heat breaks up the soil or grease and burns it away.

Your oven is automatically preset for a 412-hour Self-Cleaning cycle.

The graph at the right shows you what happens in a 412-hour Self-Cleaning cycle. Notice that the heating stops 12 hour before the 412-hour setting is up.

Additionally, the ovens come with a variety of cooking modes, such as fan cooking, conventional cooking, and grill functions, offering versatility in meal preparation.

The SF360PEE model boasts self-cleaning capabilities with its pyrolytic cleaning function. This feature not only saves time but ensures a hygienic cooking environment. In contrast, the SF360BEE features a catalytic cleaning system, designed to absorb and break down grease and residues during cooking, promoting a cleaner oven with less manual effort.

Both models feature a large capacity oven, allowing for ample cooking space for family meals and gatherings. The interior is designed for easy access, making it simple to place or remove dishes. The ovens are equipped with an intuitive interface that includes a digital display and touch controls, making it user-friendly and efficient when selecting settings or adjusting temperatures.
