In Case of a Prolonged Power Failure

Surface burners with electronic ignitors can be manually lighted. Hold a lit match near the burner and turn the control to the LITE position. After the burner lights, turn the control to the desired setting.

Until you get used to the sefflngs, use the following as a gulde.

Use ME to light the burner. After the burner lights, turn control

back to a de- sired setting to stop the clicking of the ignition.

Do not cook wlth the control In the LITE posl- Non.

Use HI to start foods cooking or to bring liq- uids to a boil.

Setting the Clock

Push In and turn the Minute Timer Knob to set the Clock.

1. Push In Mlnute Timer Knob and turn In either dlrectlon until clock shows the right time of day.

2. Let the Mlnute llmer Knob pop

out. Turn in either direction until

Minute Timer hand points to OFF. The clock setitng will change if you push In the knob when turnlng.
