Freezing Vegetables -Freeze only fresh high- quality vegetables ptcked when barely mature For best results, freeze no more than 2 to 3 hours after ptckrng. Wash In cold water, sort and cut into appropriate srzes. Blanch or scald. Pack in recom- mended container and freeze.
