DO THIS...

1. Insert at least Y3 of the temperature probe into the food.

4.Set the Variable Cook Power Con- trol to the Cook Power you want.

2.Place food in the oven and plug th< probe into the socket on the ovel wall.

5.Set the Probe Tem- perature Control to the final cook- ing temperature you want.

3.Make sure the probe does not touch anv Dart of I the oven interior. Close the door.

6. Push the START Button. When the probe senses the selected tem- perature, a beep sounds, and the oven shuts off.

l use hot pads when removing probe from food or from oven.

l stir foods during cooking when recommended.

l stir soups, casseroles and drinks before sewing.

l cover roasts with foil and let stand a few minutes after cook- ing. Remove foil if you decide to cook longer.
