Check the software version of Roland VS series

How to check the version of the system software

1.Turn the power on while holding [SELECT] and [STATUS] of channel 1.

2.Version of the system appears at first like “VS-890 Ver.1.011” at the top of the display.

3.Then the startup process begins as usual.

Please find compatibility of your unit as follows.

	Software version		Compatibility with CDR-88RW-4

	Before ver.1.011		Update needed

	Ver.1.011 or later		Compatible

How to check the version of the system software

1.Turn the power on while holding [SELECT] and [STATUS] of channel 1.

2.Version information screen appears at first. This screen includes the system version No. on top like “VS1880 Ver1.011.”

3.Press [YES/ENTER], the startup process begins as usual.
