Check the door fitting
Check that the door of the dishwasher fits properly: open the door a little and let it go. Does it stay exactly where you released it? If not, you should check the installation in- structions or consult the installer.
Check the water’s hardness
Call your local water utility company to check the water hardness in your area. This is important when dispensing dishwasher detergent and rinse aid.
