-Be sure that BOOSTER SEAT is securely attached to adult chair before seating a child.
-Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and out of the Booster Seat without help (about 2 1⁄2 years old).
-Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view when in the BOOSTER SEAT.
-Check stability of the BOOSTER SEAT before and after seating child.
-Discontinue use if the BOOSTER SEAT is broken. Contact manufacturer immediately for replacement parts or service.
-Do not use without the anchoring strap that is used to secure the BOOSTER SEAT on to adult chair.
-Keep the BOOSTER SEAT and adult chair surface clean and try to prevent seat from slipping. -Use only for a child capable of sitting upright unassisted.
-“DO NOT USE THIS BOOSTER SEAT UNLESS ALL 4 CORNERS OF THE BOOSTER SEAT ARE SECURELY POSITIONED ON THE SURFACE OF THE ADULT SEAT.”
-Do not hang objects from the BOOSTER SEAT.
-Use only on adult seats that have a solid surface.
