This innovative system uses dual clean sensors to detect the level of soil on the dishes, adjusting the cycle duration and intensity accordingly. This not only ensures optimal cleaning performance but also conserves water and energy, making it a more eco-friendly choice.

This adaptability is crucial for families that frequently wash everything from delicate glassware to heavy-duty cookware.

Noise levels are a significant concern for many homeowners, and the Kenmore 587 series addresses this with its quiet operation. The models boast a sound rating of around 48 dBA, which is quieter than a typical conversation. This reduced noise level allows for a more pleasant kitchen environment, even when the dishwasher is running.

In addition, both models come equipped with a variety of wash cycles, including heavy, normal, and eco settings. The eco setting is particularly valuable for those looking to minimize their environmental impact while still achieving thorough cleaning results.
