TheColdWeatherClutchenablestheenginetobestartedwithouthavingtopullthroughcold, thickenedhydraulicfluid.Simplypullthehandleoutandslideintolockedposition.Startengine, letitwarmup,andreleaseColdWeatherClutch.Afterstarting,assurethattheleverhasreengaged.
