ASSEMBLY

■

Open the top of each carton and fold back all four flaps.

■

Remove the packing materials, foam inserts, and ALL parts from each shipping carton. Keep the contents of each carton in

 

a separate area to facilitate assembly. To ensure personal safety during assembly, place all packing materials outside the

 

assembly area.

1. Install the Front Foot

Align the three drilled holes in the front foot

(5)with the mating holes in the mounting bracket of the main frame (1). Secure the front foot to the main frame using two screws (27), one screw (30), one spring washer (36), five washers (33) and two lock nuts (32). Tighten the screws securely.

1. Install the Rear Foot

2. Install the Rear Foot

Align the two drilled holes in the rear foot (6) with the mating holes in the mounting flange of the main frame. Secure the rear foot to the main frame using two screws (30), spring washers (36) and washers (33). Tighten the screws securely.

Position the rear foot (8) between the mount- ing flanges on the main frame (1), aligning the drilled holes in the rear foot with the mating

holes in the main frame. Secure the rear foot to1 the main frame using two screws (24), four

washers (34) and two lock nuts (32). Tighten the nuts securely.

2. Install the Foot Rest

3. Install the Adjusting Post

Hold the adjusting post (3) in position between the two mounting flanges on the main frame

(1). Insert one screw (9) through the adjusting post and both mounting flanges. Secure the adjusting post to the main frame using two washers (34) and lock nuts (32). Tighten the nuts securely.

Hold the foot rest (4) in place on the main frame (1). Secure the foot rest to the main frame with two screws (30), one screw (25), three spring washers (37) and three washers (34). Tighten the screws securely.
