Placement of the unit

High-quality hardened tool steel is used for the pin-point feet, securely attached to the bottom of the player. Although the cover feet may appear loose, the weight of the unit causes them to be firm and secure, and the design effectively damps and reduces vibration.

<Be careful to avoid injury when moving the unit, on account of its weight. Get someone to help you if necessary.

<To protect floors, etc. you may stick the felt supplied with the unit to the bottom of the cover feet.

G-0s specifications

The Teac G-0s is a high-performance digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that stands out in the world of audio equipment. Designed for audiophiles who demand precision and clarity, this model incorporates advanced technologies and features that enhance the listening experience.

One of the main features of the Teac G-0s is its support for high-resolution audio formats. It is capable of decoding and playing files up to DSD512 and PCM 768kHz/32-bit, making it an ideal choice for users who want to enjoy music in its most detailed form. The ability to handle such high bit rates ensures that every nuance of the original recording is preserved, providing an immersive listening experience.

The G-0s utilizes a sophisticated clocking system, featuring an advanced dual-oscillator design. This technology minimizes jitter, a common issue that can adversely affect sound quality. By delivering precise timing for digital signals, the G-0s ensures that music playback is both accurate and stable, allowing for a fuller, richer sound.

Another notable characteristic of the G-0s is its robust build quality. Encased in a sturdy chassis, the DAC is designed to minimize vibration and interference, which can degrade audio performance. This makes it suitable for various environments, from home studios to dedicated listening rooms.

In terms of connectivity, the Teac G-0s is versatile. It features USB, optical, and coaxial digital inputs, easily accommodating different audio sources. The USB input supports asynchronous transmission, which optimizes data transfer from a computer, further enhancing audio fidelity.

The G-0s also includes balanced XLR outputs, providing professionals and serious enthusiasts with the ability to connect to high-end audio equipment. This ensures that the benefits of the DAC can be fully realized in larger sound systems, delivering superior soundstage and imaging.

Moreover, the user-friendly interface allows for easy operation, making it accessible to both seasoned users and newcomers to hi-fi audio. Its compact size means it can be integrated into any audio setup without taking up excessive space.

In summary, the Teac G-0s is a cutting-edge digital-to-analog converter that combines high-resolution audio support, advanced clocking technology, robust build quality, and versatile connectivity. With these features, it appeals to those seeking an exceptional audio experience that captures the essence of music with clarity and precision. Whether for casual listening or professional use, the G-0s is positioned as a standout choice in the realm of high-performance audio equipment.
